Our pigs are grain fed Berkshires sourced from right here in Texas! We believe in quality, tenderness, and taste. No growth hormones or preservatives are used in our pork.

How it Works is SIMPLE!
- We simply sell you a half or whole pig
- Your pig will be processed/butchered by a third-party processor.
- You will pick your pork up in Weatherford, TX. or we will meet you with it.
- We do meet ups at Tractor Supplys in the following cities: Waco, Belton, Georgetown, New Braunfels, Katy, Tomball, Conroe, Abilene, Snyder, Big Spring, Midland, Seminole, Lubbock, Amarillo, Tyler, Sherman, Mustang OK & Moore OK. We also delivery to residences within the San Antonio metro area, including up to 10 miles outside of Loop 1604.
- When you receive your pork it will be in cuts, vacuum sealed, labeled, frozen, and boxed.
- Our prices include ALL expenses including the normal processing/butcher charges.
When you place an order with us, we require a deposit. The balance will be due to us, at or before the time of delivery or pick up.
* ALL UP CHARGES FOR SPECIALTY ITEMS SUCH AS, GERMAN SAUSAGE, WILL BE PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE PROCESSOR
* ALL GUARANTEES ARE LIMITED TO 30 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU TAKE POSSESSION OF YOUR PORK

Half Pig
Example:
- 1 Cured hams halved (2 total parts)
- 5-6 Shoulder Roasts 3-5 lbs. each
- 5 lbs. cured medium sliced bacon
- 5-7 Half inch thick Boneless chops
- 1 Rack of Baby-back ribs
- 1 Tenderloin
- 13-16 LBS of Breakfast sausage
- 1 Rack of Spare ribs halved (2 total parts)
You will get a call from the processor. If you choose to have custom cuts, there are several different cut options available to you. Such as thin, thick, medium sliced bacon or pork belly, thickness of your chops, bone-in chops (which deletes the tenderloin and the baby-back ribs), or you can choose bone-out chops (which allows you the option to get the tenderloin, as well as the baby-back ribs). You will have the option of cured, uncured hams or to have them ground. The option to have your grind left unseasoned or seasoned into hot or mild breakfast sausage. The processor will walk you through the entire process, asking you simple questions that will help you determine what you want.
Our half pigs come with a 72 lbs. guarantee of actual meat cuts, and requires at least 2 cubic feet of freezer space.
*Your choice of custom cuts will affect the amount of meat you receive.

Whole Pig
Example:
- 2 Cured hams halved (4 total parts)
- 10-12 Shoulder Roasts 3-5 lbs. each
- 10 lbs. cured medium sliced bacon
- 10-14 Half inch thick Boneless chops
- 2 Racks of Baby-back ribs
- 2 Tenderloins
- 26-32 LBS Breakfast sausage
- 2 Racks of Spare ribs halved (4 total parts)
You will get a call from the processor. If you choose to have custom cuts, there are several different cut options available to you. Such as thin, thick, medium sliced bacon or pork belly, thickness of your chops and bone-in chops (which deletes the tenderloin and the baby-back ribs), or you can choose bone-out chops (which allows you the option to get the tenderloin, also allowing you to get your baby-back ribs). You will have the option of cured, uncured hams or to have them ground. The option to have your grind left unseasoned or seasoned into hot or mild breakfast sausage.
