Some options may affect the amount of meat you receive. When we drop your beef off at the processor, we give the processor your contact information. They will call you a week to ten days prior to your delivery date, to go over your custom cut options. They will walk you through the entire process, asking you simple questions such as how do you want your meat packaged, how thick do you want your steaks, how many steaks per package, what size of roast do you want, and what fat content do you want in your ground beef?

Our half beef averages 256 lbs. of actual meat and requires 7 cubic feet of freezer space. If you follow our supreme cuts, we guarantee you to get at least 220 lbs. of meat.
