1/4 Beef

When you purchase a quarter of beef from us you are purchasing an equal share of one-half. The Processor requires that an entire half be cut the same, therefore you will not have the option of how it gets cut. It will be cut to our supreme standard. Please see below for a list of our supreme cuts.

Rib-Eye, New York, Sirloin, Chuck-Eye, Denver & Flat Iron Steaks are 1-1/4″ thick. Filet Mignon Steaks are cut to weight, not thickness.

All cuts other than ground beef are vacuum-sealed. Ground beef is 90/10 and comes in plastic meat socks.

Our quarter beefs average 128 lbs. of actual meat, and require 3.5 cubic feet of freezer space. We guarantee 110 lbs.
