Cross M Beef and C&C Beef are both part of the same family-owned operation located in the Bowie, TX area. They are divisions of Cross M Cattle.
Our Angus beef is grass-fed and grain-finished, not that “all grass-fed stuff” that is tougher than the sole of a boot! We believe in quality, tenderness, and taste. No growth hormones or preservatives are used in our beef.
Our beef is 100% raised and finished right here in the great state of TEXAS!
We keep our beef in its natural state, No mRNA here!

Meat from your grocery store can average $14-$19 per lbs. Our beef averages $7.27 per lbs. In this case, you get more for less, not to mention the fact that it tastes so much better!
How it Works is SIMPLE!
- We simply sell you the beef.
- Your beef will be processed/butchered by a third-party processor.
- You will pick your beef up in Weatherford, Texas, or we will meet you with it at one of our many delivery locations. If you live in San Antonio, we will deliver it to your home.
- When you receive your beef it will be in cuts, vacuum sealed, labeled, frozen, and boxed.
- Our prices include ALL expenses, including the processing/butcher charges (there are no hidden fees or taxes).

After making your selection for a quarter, half, or whole beef you will have payment options in our checkout.
When you place an order with us, we require a deposit. The balance will be due to us, at or before the time of delivery or pick up.

Quarter Beef
COMES WITH OUR SUPREME CUTS
When you purchase a quarter of beef from us you are purchasing an equal share of one half. The processor requires that an entire half be cut the same, therefore you will not have the option of how it gets cut. It will come with our Supreme Cuts. Please see below for a list of our Supreme Cuts.
Cuts from a quarter beef are as follows:
- 3-4 KC Strips Steaks 2/package
- 5-6 Bone-in Ribeye Steaks 2/package
- 2-3 Filet Steaks 2/package
- 1-2 Sirloin Steaks 1/package
- 1-2 Chuck-Eye Steaks 1-2/package
- 3-4 Under Blade (Denver Steaks) 2/package
- 1 Flat Iron Steak
- 8-12 Tenderized Cutlets 4/package.
- 2 Fajita meats (can be: Flank, Flap or Skirt)
- 6-7 Short Ribs 2/package
- 1 Rump Roast 3-4 lbs
- 1 Pikes or Arm Roast 3-4 lbs
- 1/2 Brisket (sliced long ways)
- 3-4 Stew Meat 1 lbs packages
- 2 shank/soup bones
- 38-44 Ground Beef 1 lbs packages
Ribeye, KC Strip, Sirloin, Chuck-Eye, Denver & Flat Iron Steaks are 1-1/4″ thick. Tenderloin Steaks are cut to weight, not thickness.
All cuts other than ground beef are vacuum sealed. Ground beef is an estimated 85/15 and comes in plastic meat socks.

Our quarter beefs average 128 lbs. of actual meat, and require at least 3.5 cubic feet of freezer space.

Some options may affect the amount of meat you receive. When we drop your beef off at the processor, we give the processor your contact information. They will call you a week to ten days prior to your delivery date, to go over your custom cut options, or if you’d like to take advantage of our quantity guarantee, you can just tell the processor that you want our Beef’s Supreme Cuts.
If you choose to have custom cuts, they will walk you through the entire process, asking you simple questions (how do you want your meat packaged, how thick do you want your steaks, how many steaks per package, what size of roast do you want, what fat content do you want in your ground beef?)
Our half beef averages 256 lbs. of actual meat, and requires at least 7 cubic feet of freezer space.
