Half Beef
Cuts from a half beef using our Supreme cuts are as follows:
- 6-8 KC (NY) Strips Steaks 2/package
- 10-12 Bone-in Ribeye Steaks 2/package
- 4-6 Filet/tenderloin Steaks 2/package
- 2-4 Sirloin Steaks 1/package
- 2-4 Chuck-Eye Steaks 2/package
- 4-6 Under Blade (Denver Steaks) 2/package (3/4″-1″ thick)
- 2 Flat Iron Steak (3/4″-1″ thick) 2/package
- 16-24 Tenderized Cutlets 4/package.
- 4 Fajita meats (can be: Flank, Flap or Skirt)
- 12-14 Short Ribs 2/package
- 2 Rump Roast 3-4 lbs
- 2 Arm Roast 3-4 lbs
- 1 Brisket
- 6-8 Stew Meat 1 lbs packages
- 4 shank/soup bones
- 70-80 Ground Beef 1 lbs packages
Ribeye, KC (NY) Strips, Sirloin & Chuck-Eye Steaks are 1-1/4″ thick. Tenderloin Steaks are cut to weight, not thickness.
All cuts other than ground beef are vacuum-sealed. Ground beef is an estimated 85/15 and comes in plastic meat socks.

Some options may affect the amount of meat you receive. When we drop your beef off at the processor, we give the processor your contact information. They will call you a week to ten days prior to your pick up or delivery date, to go over your custom cut options, or if you’d like to take advantage of our quantity guarantee, you can just tell the processor that you want our Beef’s Supreme Cuts.
If you choose to have custom cuts, they will walk you through the entire process, asking you simple questions (how thick do you want your steaks, how many steaks per package, what size of roast do you want, what fat content do you want in your ground beef?)
Our half beef requires at least 7 cubic feet of freezer space.
If you follow our Supreme Cuts, we guarantee you to get the cuts we have listed.

1/2 Beef
When we drop your beef off at the processor, we give the processor your contact information. They will call you a week to ten days prior to your delivery date to go over your custom-cut options. They will walk you through the entire process asking you simple questions such as, how do you want your meat packaged, how thick do you want your steaks, what size of roast do you want, and what fat content do you want in your ground beef? Or, you can always just tell them that you want our Beef’s Supreme Cuts.
Our half-beef averages 240 lbs. of actual meat and requires 7 cubic feet of freezer space.
If you follow our supreme standard cuts, we guarantee you to receive at least 220 lbs. of meat.
Your choice of custom cuts will affect the amount of meat you receive.

* Before you order, please read and accept our delivery policy:
- Our South route delivers on the 2nd weekend of every other month.
- Please note the orange banner above containing the available delivery dates.
- The delivery driver will contact you the Thursday before your delivery with an approximate time of arrival.
- Any remaining balances must be paid for via cash or credit card upon delivery.
- A responsible person 18 years of age or older, must be present at the time of meet up.
- The delivery driver will not leave meat boxes unattended.
- This route delivers to the following locations:
- Waco: Friday 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm @ Tractor Supply, 300 N. Valley Mills Dr, Waco, TX
- Belton: Friday 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm @ Tractor Supply, 620 U.S. Hwy 190, Belton, TX
- Georgetown: Friday 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm @ Tractor Supply, 801 S. I-35 Frontage Rd, Georgetown, TX
- Buda: Friday 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm @ Tractor Supply, 15555 S. I-35 Frontage Rd, Buda, TX
- New Braunfels: Friday 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm @ Tractor Supply, 840 TX-337 Loop, New Braunfels, TX
- San Antonio Residential: Saturday 8:00 am – completion @ Residents within Loop 1604 and up to 10 miles outside of Loop 1604. If you are not within this area, we will be glad to meet you at a safe location within our San Antonio delivery area. These deliveries will generally happen on Saturday morning through afternoon/evening, but in the event that all deliveries can’t be completed on Saturday, they will resume as early as 9:30 am. on Sunday.
- Katy: Sunday 9:30 am @ Tractor Supply, 444 FM 1463, Katy, TX
- Tomball: Sunday 10:20 am @ Tractor Supply, 27400 Tomball Pkwy, Tomball, TX
- Conroe: Sunday 11:10 am @ Tractor Supply, 10800 242 Conroe, TX
- DFW Residential: Sunday 2:00 pm – completion @ Residents within 20 miles of either intersection: I-30 & I-35E or I-30 & I-35W. If you are not within this area, we will be glad to meet you at a safe location within our DFW delivery area. These deliveries will generally happen on Sunday after 2:00 pm through the evening, but in the event that all deliveries can’t be completed on Sunday they will resume as early as 5:30 pm. on Monday.
